Bringing the blog back

Farewell to social media.

The doom scroll became all too familiar—and with it, the anger. Each swipe brought another crisis, another outrage, another reason to feel helpless or furious. What began as a habit of staying informed gradually turned into a cycle of emotional exhaustion. Leaving social media created space to think clearly again. Without the constant noise, anxiety lessened. Time once spent scrolling could be reclaimed for reading, creating, resting, Perspective returned. The world felt quieter—not because it had changed, but because the filter of urgency and outrage was finally gone.
